“I know you mean well but I kindly ask that you not comment on my body - good or bad. I want to politely let you know that it's not helpful and doesn’t feel good. Much respect”

This sparked conversations around when is it okay to comment on someone's weight loss. The short answer is never and the long answer I share with you on this week's solo episode.
